These terms apply to aspenfunds.us and to Aspen Funds LLC’s investor portal and text-message alerts (“the Services”). By using the Services you agree to these terms.
Information only. Nothing on this website or in our messages is an offer to sell, or a request for an offer to buy, any security. Offers are made only to qualified investors through the fund’s offering documents.
Your account. Investor portal accounts are for the named investor and the people they authorize. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
Text-message alerts (SMS)
- Program: Aspen Funds Investor Alerts. Optional text messages about your investor account, such as a new document, a form waiting for your signature, or a distribution that has been paid. We never send sign-in codes or marketing by text.
- How you sign up: you turn on text alerts and enter your mobile number in the notification settings of the investor portal. Signing up is optional and not required to invest.
- How often: message frequency varies with your account activity.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. You can also turn text alerts off in the portal.
- For help: reply HELP, or call us at 800-940-1510.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty; limits. The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Aspen Funds LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the Services. Your fund’s offering and subscription documents govern your investment and take precedence over these terms.
Changes. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date.
