ASPEN PRIVATE CREDIT FUND – OPEN
An open-ended fund focused on providing credit to commercial real estate properties.
A change in the capital markets has created a chance for non-bank lenders. They can now offer money through preferred equity, mezzanine debt, and bridge loans.
This Fund will aim to provide cash yield and potential growth through profit sharing. This commercial real estate investment fund will invest in preferred positions in the underlying investment.
ASPEN OPPORTUNITY FUND – CLOSED
Aspen Opportunity Fund is a diverse real estate fund. Our financial advisors focus on investing in what we think are the best risk-adjusted opportunities. Our managers balance higher risk investment opportunities with stable, sound investment decisions to generate returns and maximize liquidity.

The Fund will invest between $2 million and $10 million or more. It aims to maximize total return and investor IRR for high net worth individuals.
