INVESTEMENT SUMMARY

We will acquire a producing oil field with 23,000+ acres in Edwards and Kiowa County, Kansas, with 25 Oil & Gas wells and 2 salt-water disposal wells providing an immediate yield of approximately 85+ Bbls of oil and 205 cu. feet of natural gas per day in existing production.

Extraordinary current cash flow. Investors are projected to receive 20-30% annual returns and their capital investment back within 3-4 years from current cash flows Value-Add Play. This field has not been well maintained, affording us an estimated a 30% production increase with simple and low-cost improvements and turning on 8-12 stopped pumps.

Low-cost production. We can produce oil at a cost of ~$35/bbl. This means extraordinary profits at today’s prices, and the ability to remain profitable above that price. If prices drop below cost, we will just turn off wells.

Expansion opportunity. With 23,000+ acres under lease, the oil field is only 25% developed. We plan on immediately drilling 4 new wells in the proven geological reserves, conservatively estimating an additional 150 Bpd (barrels per day) to capture high oil prices
